How can I book an accommodation?

The easiest and quickest way to book your cabin or room is directly via our website. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone or email.

What’s the best way to get to Feelfree Adventure Camp?
  • By car: Take the A12 (Ötztal exit) and then drive a few minutes to Oetz.
  • Nearest railway station: Ötztal station
  • Nearest airport: Innsbruck, as well as Munich and Zurich
When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: from 2:00 pm
Check-out: until 10:00 am

Is there parking available – including for electric cars?

Yes, there are plenty of free parking spaces available for our guests right next to the Adventure Camp. Guests with electric cars can use the Nature Resort’s charging stations for a fee.

Is there a reception desk?

Not at the camp itself, but our team will welcome you at reception at the Feelfree Nature Resort right next door for check-in.

Is there food available on site?

A generous breakfast is included in the room rate. Some of the accommodation units are equipped with a small kitchenette for self-catering. The barbecue area is available for all guests to use free of charge.

You can enjoy high-quality traditional pub fare right next door at the Achwirt restaurant in the Feelfree Nature Resort. There are also other places to eat and restaurants nearby in Oetz.

Is there a spa area?

In the main building on the campsite, you’ll find a traditional Finnish sauna that can accommodate around 10 people. It is open daily from 4 pm to 9 pm.

Can I use the pool at Feelfree Nature Resort?

Camp guests may book a day spa or evening spa ticket subject to availability. The natural swimming pond in the resort’s garden is reserved exclusively for resort guests.

What leisure activities are available at the camp?

For hours of fun and exercise, there’s a floodlit beach volleyball court, a bike pump track, table tennis, a slackline course and a bouldering wall. All facilities are available free of charge, as is the barbecue pavilion.

What can I do in the Ötztal in summer?

The Ötztal is a paradise for hiking, (e-)biking, road cycling, rafting and canyoning, climbing, swimming in Lake Piburg and much more.

Do I get a discount on activities?

Camp guests enjoy a 20% discount on high-quality mountain bikes and top-of-the-range e-bikes from our in-house Feelfree Bike Centre. You’ll also receive a 10% discount on guided bike tours, as well as on all Feelfree outdoor activities such as rafting, canyoning, climbing, etc.

What activities are there for children?

There are plenty of activities for children – including the supervised WIDI Kids Club in summer with a daily adventure programme, the WIDIVERSUM Hochoetz with puzzle and activity stations in the mountains, as well as many family-friendly playgrounds, day-out destinations, and nature and water-based activities.

Can the cabins be booked in winter as well?

The Feelfree Adventure Camp is open from 1 May until the start of October. So you can experience spring, summer and autumn with us in the Ötztal valley.

Are dogs allowed?

Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not permitted at Feelfree Adventure Camp.

Ist Rauchen im Feelfree Adventure Camp erlaubt?

In allen Innenräumen herrscht striktes Rauchverbot. Wir bitten dich, nur auf der Terrasse bzw. im Garten zu rauchen und einen Aschenbecher zu verwenden.

Is there Wi-Fi in all the accommodation?

Yes, fast, reliable Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the Feelfree Adventure Camp.

Are there transfers from Innsbruck or Munich airports?

Yes, we’d be happy to help you organise your transfer. You can travel from the nearby airports either by private taxi or by a budget-friendly shared taxi. One option we recommend is “Ullis Taxi” – simply enter Oetz as your destination.

Is there a shuttle service from Ötztal railway station to Feelfree Adventure Camp?

We do not offer a private transfer service, but there are excellent bus connections between the station and Oetz. The regular bus service runs every 30 minutes and will take you to your destination in a stress-free and eco-friendly way.

How much is the local tax?

The local tourist tax is currently EUR 5.00 per person per night.

Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the local tourist tax. Exemption is always determined by the year of birth (current year minus 16).

What are the cancellation terms?
  • Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival
  • 70% cancellation fee from 30 to 8 days before arrival
  • 90% cancellation fee from 7 to 1 day before arrival
  • 100% cancellation fee for no-shows
What payment methods are available?

Once you have received the booking confirmation/invoice, please transfer the deposit stated therein. The balance is due no later than 6 weeks before departure.

Travel services booked shortly before departure (usually around 6 weeks before departure) must be paid for in full immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

The following payment methods are available on site: cash, debit card or credit card.

Online booking with a booking guarantee: To secure your booking, we require a 100% deposit. We will take this amount from your credit card.

Is travel insurance recommended?

Please note that free cancellation is not possible if you fall ill before your trip begins. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out cancellation or travel insurance!

Arrival by car

You can easily reach Oetz by car via the Inntal motorway and the Ötztal main road. Free parking is available right next to the Feelfree Adventure Camp – electric vehicle charging points are available for a fee (more information at reception).

Arrival by train

There are numerous direct services to Ötztal railway station. From there, a bus runs to Oetz every 30 minutes. During your stay, you can use the well-developed public bus network in the Ötztal valley free of charge.

Arrival by plane

The nearest airport is Innsbruck (INN). From there, you can easily reach us by train to Ötztal station or by taxi directly to Oetz – we recommend Ullis Taxi.
