As the host at Feelfree Adventure Camp, manager of Feelfree Outdoor Sports and the Feelfree Bike Center, Michael has turned his passions into his profession. As a self-taught rafting, canyoning, biking and climbing guide, he loves taking guests outside and giving them unforgettable adventures in the Ötztal.
The outdoors runs in our blood
Back in the 1980s and 90s the Amprosi family shaped the development of the front Ötztal valley into an outdoor destination. With simple accommodation for rafting guests, Alois Amprosi laid the foundation for the Adventure Camp. Around the turn of the millennium, Austria’s first chalet village was built nearby – the Feelfree Nature Resort in Oetz. Alois’ son Michael now carries on the tradition of hospitality and outdoor passion, among other things at the Feelfree Adventure Camp.
